EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE (EFR) is the most recognizable, dynamic international organization with a worldwide range, educating in the field of first aid (www.emergencyfirstresponse.com).
Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR), Secondary Care (First Aid) and Care for Children courses comply with the standards of help developed by the members of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation, ILCOR. These include American Heart Association (AHA), European Resuscitation Council (ERC), Australian Resuscitation Council and New Zealand Resuscitation Council (ARC/NZRC).
Participant of the Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) and Care for Children course can be any person, regardless of the age, who is interested in gaining the knowledge of bringing first aid. Minors can participate in this training after submitting the written permission of a parent or guardian.

The Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) course program includes:
- Assessment of the scene of accident
- The use of personal protective equipment
- A preliminary assessment of the victim
- CPR – chest compressions
- CPR – chest compressions combined with artificial respiration
- Using Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Procedure in case of a hemorrhage
- Procedure in case of a shock
- Procedure in case of a spinal injury
- Procedure in case of choking in the conscious or unconscious adult
After completing the course and passing the written exam, participants receive a certificate of completion of the course, TEMPORARY CARD (replacement certificate), and within 90 days a certificate in the form of a plastic card issued by the Office of Emergency First Response in Bristol.

- Procedure in case of a hemorrhage
- Procedure in case of a shock
- Procedure in case of a spinal injury
- Procedure in case of choking in a conscious child
- Procedure in case of choking in a conscious baby
- Assessment of the injured victim
- Assessment of the patient
- Bandaging
- Assessment of the patient
