FIRST AID COURSES

We offer original trainings in first aid, which are aimed at practical and theoretical preparation of the student for the rapid and efficient use of the first aid in case of danger to life or health.

Programs of the courses are individually designed to the clients’ expectations. We also take into account the specificity and nature of the hazards which may be encountered by them.

After passing the training, participants will receive registered first aid certificates honored by the National Labour Inspectorate.

BLS Basic Course

Basic life-saving operations

The course is aimed at practical and theoretical preparation of the student for the rapid and efficient use of the first aid in case of danger to life or health. Students learn how to secure the scene and how to deal with the injured person until the arrival of the ambulance team.

After the first aid course, the participants are able to assess the vital functions of the injured person, have a conversation with the dispatcher of emergency help and perform CPR.

Training program:

  • Safety rules of the rescuer and the victim
  • Legal aspects of the first aid
  • Calling for help
  • Assessment of the scene and the use of personal protective equipment
  • Assessment of victim’s vital functions
  • Dealing with breathing, unconscious victim
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Recovery position
  • Emergencies (seizures, heart attack, anaphylactic shock, etc.)
  • Managing the bleeding
  • Additional subjects related to eg. the expectations of our customers, the nature of work, duration of the course, interests, etc.

 

Course title: First aid course (BLS)
Course time: 4 didactic hours (3 clock hours) to 2 days
Place: we train across the country
Price: depends on the number of people
Number of participants: the optimal size of the group is 5 -12 people

First Aid Course with AED (BLS/AED)

Basic life-saving operations + handling the Automated External Defibrillator

We offer an extended version of the BLS first aid course with AED.
This device is more likely to occur in public places, ie. the subway, gas stations, shopping malls, airports. The training aims to develop skills of handling the device and its effective use during the rescue operation. Classes are based on practical learning the cardiopulmonary resuscitation with an automated external defibrillator.

Training program:

  • Safety rules of the rescuer and the victim
  • Legal aspects of the first aid
  • Calling for help
  • Assessment of the scene and the use of personal protective equipment
  • Assessment of victim’s vital functions
  • Dealing with breathing, unconscious victim
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Extended First Aid Course (BLS/AED + TRAUMA)

Basic life-saving operations + handling the Automated External Defibrillator + dealing with injured victims

This is an extended version of BLS first aid course. It’s expanded to include basic treatment of injured victims and handling the Automated External Defibrillator.

Training program:

  • Safety rules of the rescuer and the victim
  • Assessment of the scene and the use of personal protective equipment
  • Assessment of victim’s vital functions
  • Dealing with breathing, unconscious victim
  • Dealing with the choking
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Handling and using the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Dealing with the spine injury
  • Dealing with the shock
  • Dealing with trauma – bleedings, burns, fractures
  • Emergencies: poisoning, seizures, heart attack
  • Dealing with the electrocution
  • Additional subjects related to eg. the expectations of our customers, the nature of work, duration of the course, interests, etc.
